Senioritis

Through extensive study and personal experience I have singlehandedly mapped out the symptoms of this terrible disease that affects almost all fourth year students in school.  I have noticed that Senioritis occurs, on average, in three stages. As a person progresses through each stage, the symptoms become more and more severe. Below, I have listed each stage and the symptoms that go with each stage. STAGE 1 - The subject has feelings of excitement when entering school for the first time as a senior. The subject believes that for some reason this year will be better than the previous one. I mean, what could be better than being the oldest, most respected students in the school right?

Just a Few Thoughts From a Girl Who Used to Starve Herself

As of late, I’ve been stumbling across an overwhelming amount of blogs focusing on calorie counts, pro-Ana support, etc. (and it breaks my heart to see them). Or, on the other end of the spectrum, I’ll find eating disorder awareness posts and comments critiquing these diseases. But I’ve been having difficulty finding word from individuals who have recovered; and, yes - I’m still struggling. I’m still depressed. But I’m better in ways I never thought I would be capable of.
