Another update . . .

The lawyer's office called today. Both depositions (Dr. Takei, surgeon, and Dr. Saab, oncologist) were held on Tuesday. Dr. Saab's deposition revealed information that needs to come out in the trial. Dr. Saab is going out of the country for 2 months, so Mr. Cohen (lawyer) is going to the Riverside Court tomorrow (Friday) to ask for a continuance of 60 to 90 days for the trial. It is important for Dr. Saab to be available as an expert witness during the trial.

I gave my OK for the continuance. If the court will reschedule, it will be continued until August or September. It's been over 3 years now. If Dr. Saab's testimony will help win the case, we can wait another couple of months. Mr. Cohen says we definitely will be going to trial.

Will keep you posted.

Had a couple of earthquakes this past week. Walls creaked and windows rattled in their frames, but nothing fell and no breakage. All part of living in beautiful California.

Love to all, Myra
