Q: What ways are you guys getting around the banks not lending on foreclosed properties to qualified buyers?
A: I just had a similar deal. Yes it varies from lender to lender. And they change their requirements as the market changes. Remember many banks took the money and are not lending it out… we are hoping they will loosen up and start lending more freely...

Q: Do you feel that giving out free advice on Trulia helps or hurts the real estate brokerage industry?
A: I believe that in today's day and age, to cling to the old methods of "controlling the information" is outdated and a sure way to antiquate yourself right out of the business. It's my belief that consumers who are asking questions on places such as Trulia are actually to some degree "interviewing" us as agents...

Q: How do you transition from corporate position to real estate agent?
A: Shocked? All the time! So many of these pictures were taken 20 years and 30 pounds ago! I had mine done in 2004 when I started & am just waiting until I complete my last GRI (scheduled for late April) to get a new picture and business card...
