New price reduction tool from Trulia

Setting the price of a new listing can be hard, but Trulia just launched a new tool that can help you set it (and not forget it). Check out our new price reduction tool, which allows users to search for price-slashed homes. It’s a great tool to scope out listing price changes in your neighborhood and show your sellers how to competitively price their home for a sale. Plus, it’s great for buyers wanting to be better informed and score a great deal!
