    Yikes, ok, lots of questions.

    The condo is vacant yes.  Right now all my bills go to my parent's house in San Diego (as does pretty much all my mail, since that's where I actually live these days).  I explained that to the Insurance people by telling them that since my house didn't sell my parent's are helping with the bills until I can get things stabilized (probably not the best thing to say to the lenders though... :-\ )  The only people that go to the condo are the Realtors (its up for sale at the moment).  I am not sure if there was an appraisal done yet.  There ought to have been when it was in escrow recently (fell out due to buyer not being able to get the loan).  My wife thinks there was but it would have done by the prospective buyer.

    If things just won't go through I'll be disappointed but won't hold it against you.  This market is crazy.  I'm going to have to do something real soon (before January 09 at the latest).  I know you are trying to pull strings and get things done for me here, but I also don't want you to do anything you're not ... comfortable... doing.  I realize we are asking you to tell lies here to get it done.  Maybe we can try again at a later time if things level out some.

    On a related note, My wife and I are both very happy with you and with David Halsey over at the Re/Max office.  We have decided when the time comes to sell the house (cross-fingers) we're going to use him to do it.  We have also decided to come back to you to do our loans on any future purchases (assuming you do work down in the S.D. area).

The Banks investors are wanting us to price your property Non-Owner occupied or provide a little more evidence. It’s just the Market- people are being really strict- we can work with it. I deal with this no and again and all it takes is a little more documentation to make the file a little stronger so that their investors are comfortable. They think you live in Molly’s condo of which is not at all the case. I have left another message with our underwriter. She is being really cool because I do so much business with them and they know we run a clean operation here being that we are also a Law Firm. They are working with us. So I will let you know more when I speak with her. Answer me a couple questions…I have gotten this same situation approved many times. I know what they are looking for….so  

1.)   Is the Condo Vacant?

2.)   What particular bills are sent to your home in Perris?

3.)   Does anyone at all ever go to the condo? I was thinking maybe we could show the electric bill is low and say look there is no activity here? Just being creative

4.)   Was there an appraisal done on the Condo?
