disappointed but won't hold it against you. This market is crazy.
I'm going to have to do something real soon (before January 09 at the
latest). I know you are trying to pull strings and get things done for me
here, but I also don't want you to do anything you're not ... comfortable...
doing. I realize we are asking you to tell lies here to get it done.
Maybe we can try again at a later time if things level out
some.
On a related note, My wife and I are both very
happy with you and with David Halsey over at the Re/Max office. We have
decided when the time comes to sell the house (cross-fingers) we're going to use
him to do it. We have also decided to come back to you to do our loans on
any future purchases (assuming you do work down in the S.D. area).

Chris,
The
Banks investors are wanting us to price your property Non-Owner occupied or
provide a little more evidence. It’s just the Market- people are being really
strict- we can work with it. I deal with this no and again and all it takes is a
little more documentation to make the file a little stronger so that their
investors are comfortable. They think you live in Molly’s condo of which is not
at all the case. I have left another message with our underwriter. She is being
really cool because I do so much business with them and they know we run a clean
operation here being that we are also a Law Firm. They are working with us. So I
will let you know more when I speak with her. Answer me a couple questions…I
have gotten this same situation approved many times. I know what they are
looking for….so
1.) Is the
Condo Vacant?
2.) What
particular bills are sent to your home in
Perris?
3.) Does
anyone at all ever go to the condo? I was thinking maybe we could show the
electric bill is low and say look there is no activity here? Just being
creative
4.) Was there
an appraisal done on the Condo?
We
are almost done here. Thank you again. I am working hard for your approval and
it’s coming soon.
