My intent is to be a
paid subscriber. Although I have paid, one morning I did not get the
url. My solution was to sign up under a different email address to get
into the room that day with the intent to cancel before the 7 day trial
expired. The plan backfired. I was not cancelled and paid
twice. My memo then caused me to be deleted for both
accounts.
Please keep me as a
subscriber at
but charge me only
once.
and be certain
that
is
cancelled.
