Shorty Panel: How PepsiCo, Marvel, and Comcast use Twitter

"Twitter was more fun when I could bitch about a company without them replying to ask how they can provide me with excellent service today."
-@fraying

We've all seen brands on Twitter by now, but what's it like to use Twitter on behalf of a corporation? Is this a flash in the pan or a real shift in how businesses communicate with their customers?

To find out, we're hosting a panel with PepsiCo, Marvel and Comcast on next Thursday, May 28 to discuss how they're using Twitter. It will be moderated by John Abell, the New York Bureau Chief for Wired.com in the Condé Nast Building in New York City. It will be streamed live online to anyone who want to watch.
