so I don’t know if I actually told you but he is in the best situation he can be
in right now and I have let him know.

I told him to take the Harley loan of 6.99% and then just get a HELOC so that he
can tap it if he wants to. I think the appraisal will go down Thursday. I will
let you know more when I know.

difficult…but I am trying.
