Thank you for contacting the Help Desk for assistance.  In order to further assist you, we will need additional information from you.  Specifically, we will need your Organization name and Authorized Representative e-mail address, which we will use to perform a query of our database to provide you with pertinent information pertaining to your Organization.  Your patience and cooperation in this matter are appreciated.

 

For security measures, before we can provide the OrgID or change your email address as the authorized representative. Will you please provide the old representative's name, phone number and last 4 digits of the EIN (Employee Identification Number) of your company? This is to ensure you are the owner of this account. Will you please provide the email address of the new authorized representative? Once we receive the correct information you will be informed of the changes. You will also receive instructions as to how to request a new password.
