Danyel I have a reffal for you.

His name is Jeff Carvlin and he works at the penny saver, he's 55 and is looking into selling or renting out his home to make an investment. He is going to call you today or tomorrow. If he doesn't call him on Thursday. His property is worth 500,000 and he owes 150,000 at 5% interest with a 15 year loan. He wants to take out money on that home, rent it out, and buy something in Corona that is a good investment as his primary residence. I'm thinking that if he takes money out and goes to a 30 year loan he can have that money to out down on the home. He wants the rental to break even so we are going to have to do some research on the rents in the area.
