Hello there,
I received your email address from the auctioneer at the Riverside county courthouse steps and had a couple questions.
Is it illegal to call or go door to door to the notice of defaults??
 
I have read that it is only illegal if I am getting paid in advance for services I provide, or attach any liens to the property.
If I am not charging anything up front is it still illegal to contact them?
