Here are the lists
for San Bernardino and Riverside County's. When we get together I'll write
detailed notes about what you are looking for and which areas and send them
every five days. You can copy and paste the MLS numbers into the VIP Buyer
Program and then see if they are something that would interest you. Then add
them to your notebook so you can start tracking them. This will allow you to see
when and if they fall out of escrow. By doing this you can capitalize on great
buys that might have fallen through, and be the first one to the homes of the
motivated sellers. You will also be taking advantage of the work your compaction
is doing.
