I have a freedom
voice ad tracker and a freedom lite system.
I have noticed that
if the phone call is answered the email notification sometimes doesn't go
through.
Is there any
modifications that I can make that will allow me to shut off my recorded message
and go straight to a live person while still being able to create an e-mail
record.
I use these records
by pulling them out of the email, into a database. The system is completely
automated and I need my employees to be able to look at the database and all of
the information that the reverse lookup
