This release’s highlights bring changes to the Call List functionality in the Snapshot tab, an enhanced toolbox link area and a Swiftpage Email History search feature addition. Improved Call List functionality Beyond a few option changes, the grouping feature has been greatly expanded to create look ups as well (has been renamed look up). Create a prioritized look up in ACT! from your Call List based on any Call List filter – ie. Create a look up of only Hot Call List contacts. Grouping is still available. Enhanced Toolbox Link The Toolbox link area has been expanded to hold seven links instead of five. Swiftpage Email History Search We’ve added a “Search” feature to Swiftpage Email History. This allows you to search your ACT! database for “Unopened”, “Bounced” “Suppressed”, “Duplicates” and Invalid email addresses.
