now that I've subscribed, is there supposed to be another link to get me into the live trading room?
I've been through most of the videos, still working through some of the nuance of ambush & gap strategies. I have some questions:
1) are you using NinjaTrader DOM for trade management? TOS can't really set up the 4-lot with programed & adjustable scale out capabilities like Ninja
2) links to that Market Internals excel widget didn't come up on the links provided, maybe you could walk me through where that is or send it directly as an attachment by email.
3) john carter link brings up a toxic notice (do you have access to his indicator set? TTM Squeeze? if so what are your thoughts about that?
4) does TRIN's inverse movements apply only to YM, not to ES?
