By the way Chris Scroop closed. We had a little issue with the doc’s….I verified everything with the Lender and my processor however…the doc’s where sent over incorrectly with a 30 yr instead of a 40 yr! The Notary had to go to San Diego to sign so the fee was $250-…..I reimbursed Chris for the Notary and paid for the second Notary to go out. Total I paid for him was $500…. I will also be sending him cookies, a thank you card, and an additional closing gift. He was well taken care of and everything was corrected at the end of the day.
