Yes, I've added support for it.
Here's how I handled the filleddate versus expirationdate fields:
If the filleddate looks phony (12/30/0/ 00:00:00), then I'll use the expirationdate field, otherwise I'll go with the filleddate field which we're assuming will be valid for non-demo trades.
