HostMySite has been in operation for 12 years. Since June of 2008, HostMySite has had the financial backing of Wachovia Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm in the U.S., investing from a $1.8 billion fund. Despite these challenging economic times, HostMySite is financially sound and has grown revenues by over 34 percent in the 1st quarter of 2009. In addition, HostMySite is cash flow, EBITDA and net income positive.

We will continue to expand our datacenter footprint. Combining the two companies, we will now offer over 43,000 square feet of datacenter space from coast-to-coast. We plan to embark on an expansion of the San Francisco datacenter immediately.
