The way it went down was John had called me directly and I
gave him Danyel's number, they were in contact. Then he logged onto the website
and became a prospect 0. Then Ken converted him. Since these systems are
all automatic it's impossible for everything to be perfect.
I told John about what happened and apologized about being
contacted twice. I let him know that our systems are in place so this doesn't
happen, but he slipped through the cracks from not being in the database.
I told John to work with whoever he felt more comfortable
with, and make sure that everyone one was on the same page.

David,
We had
spoken about this opportunity and I am moving forward with
it.
I
truly do not appreciate Danyel's unprofessional behavior. Your Rule #1, if
you speak to the contact their your client. I thought that was clearly
understood by all?

Good Evening
Ken,
I have been working with John Ingles
and as I understand it you had contacted him as well. This happens with Data
basis I am sure. So I talked to John and explained to him that we are all team
players here, however we do work individually. I of course gave him the option
to work with either of us. He said he would stick with me since we had already
started the process here. I am sure you understand. Sorry about that. It is a
pleasure to work with you. Thanks!
Respectfully,
Danyel
