after this notice, and if it still does not process you will normally be sent a
second notice; however, it is important that you contact us immediately to resolve
this as our accounting system will temporarily disconnect your voice system within two
business days of this notice (hrs of operation are M-F 6-6 PST) according
to the terms of your voice system agreement.
