created by Express Signs & Digital Printing are the property of Express
Signs & Digital Printing, and can be used only by Express Signs &
Digital Printing, until rights of said images are purchased for a fee by the
customer. NO REFUNDS OR CHANGES
AFTER FINAL APPROVAL OF ARTWORK HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
