Are you handling short sales?
They obviously have to meet some guidelines before they are
even short, but are taking care of the obvious ones.
I don't take them unless they are still purchase money
loans and they obviously can;t make the payments.
It seems like the only one getting approved are the
purchase money because the bank has no recourse.
We do need a transaction coordinator for the regular stuff
too.
