Hi William,
The videos play in flash. What internet browser do you use? If you
have the latest version of firefox or intenet explorer you should be
able to view the videos. Some of the files are pretty big though. If
you want you can go to the abobe website and get a free download of
adobe flash player 9. I think that might help too.
Let me know if that works.
